I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have dedicated my education and clinical practice to understanding and treating Complex Trauma, particularly complex relational trauma. I specialize in using more experiential and embodied styles of processing. I am passionate about providing education to professionals, students, and the public so we can all be more trauma informed! I’m a neurobiology nerd, and love understanding how trauma impacts us and what it takes to heal.
